Content of the online offer
The author accepts no guarantee for the current status, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author which relate to material or intellectual property damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded, provided that the author does not have a proven intention or gross negligence. All offers are subject to alteration and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without special announcement or to terminate the publication temporarily or permanently.
References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites ("links") which are outside the area of responsibility of the author, a liability obligation would enter into force only in the case where which the author has knowledge of the contents and it would be possible and reasonable for him to prevent the use in the case of illegal contents.
The author therefore expressly declares that the relevant linked pages were free of illegal contents at the time of the link. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design and on the contents of the linked/referenced pages. Therefore, he expressly distances himself from all contents of all linked/referenced pages which have been changed after the link was set. This declaration applies to all links and references set within the website and for external entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up within the website. The provider of the site to which the link refers is solely liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages arising from the use or non-use of such information.
The author strives to comply with the copyright of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts produced by him or to use licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts. All brand names and trademarks mentioned within the internet offer and which may be protected by third parties are subject to the full provisions within the applicable trademark rights and the property rights of the respective registered owners. Reference only does not necessarily mean that trademark is not protected by the rights of third parties!
Copyright and registration rights
The copyright for published objects produced by the author himself remains solely with the author of the pages. Reproduction or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the author.
This liability exclusion must be considered as part of the internet offer, from which reference was made to this page. To the extent that parts or individual formulations of this do not, no longer or no longer completely comply with the applicable legislation, the other parts of the document remain unaffected in terms of their content and validity.
Legal effect of this liability exclusion

AquaDuna attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. To guarantee that applicants are fully informed of the collection, processing and use of personal data within their application, we refer to the following data.
Responsible for data processing
Responsible for processing personal data in accordance with privacy rights:
following an application, AquaDuna processes the information transmitted to us within the framework of the application procedure. Of particular relevance are contact data, information regarding training, qualifications, professional experience, and further knowledge and skills.
User data are processed exclusively for execution of the application procedure. If the application is successful, these data become part of the personnel records. If there is no employment relationship, we process the data for up to 6 months after the rejection. For example, this allows us to make a factual statement regarding any breaches of legal rights such as the accusation of alleged disadvantaging or discrimination.
The personnel department and the management have access to the applicant data. In addition, IT administrators and contract processors have a limited technical possibility to access
digitally processed data. These persons are strictly bound to data protection rights according to our instructions and must not use the data for their own purposes.
The legal basis of the data processing in the application procedure and as part of the personnel records is Art. 26 section1 P. 1 BDSG and Art. 6 section 1 and section 1b DSGVO and, to the extent that you have given your permission, for example by sending data not required for the application procedure, Art. 6 section 1 and section 1 a DSGVO. The legal basis of the data processing after a rejection is Art. 6 section 1 and section 1 f DSGVO. An authorised interest in the case of processing based on Art. 6 section 1 and section 1f DSGVO is the defence against legal claims.
For the application procedure, we do not require categories of personal data in accordance with Article 9 DSGVO and therefore ask for no such information to be transmitted. If such information is relevant for the application process, we process it together with the other applicant data. This may concern data regarding possible disabilities which is transmitted to us voluntarily and which we must process according to the specific obligations for persons with disabilities. In these cases, the processing is carried out for the exercise of rights or the fulfilment of legal obligations under the labour law, the right of social security and the social protection. The legal basis of the data processing is then Art. 9 section 2 lit. b DSGVO, articles 26 section 3 BDSG, 164 SGB IX.
For the assessment of suitability for the intended activities, in exceptional cases it may be necessary to obtain information regarding health, disability or information from the Federal Central Register on criminal records. The legal basis for this is Art. 26 BDSG.
AquaDuna does not use data from applicants for automated decision-making or for profiling.
Applicant data is not passed on to third parties and is processed exclusively in Germany.
An obligation for the transmission of personal data does not exist. However, we can only assess the suitability of an applicant for the relevant position if the information required for this is provided regarding their training, professional experience, knowledge and skills.
Rights of the person concerned
According to EU-DSGVO, persons concerned have the following rights of data protection:
the right to easily understandable and free information.
the right to correction, deletion or to limitation of the processing.
the right to oppose the data processing.
a right to transferability of the personal data.
If the data processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without indicating the reasons, without the legality of the processing which has been carried out to date up to the point of the revocation or the processing on a different legal basis being affected.
If your personal data is processed according to Art. 6 section 1 / section 1 lit. e or f DSGVO, the right to oppose the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO. If the opposition is provided for reasons resulting from your special situation, we will stop the processing of your personal data without delay, unless we can demonstrate compelling protective reasons for the processing which take precedence over the rights of a person concerned.
Persons concerned have the right to complain about the processing of personal data to any supervisory authority responsible for data protection.
For questions, comments or references, you can contact the company AquaDuna and our certified representative for data protection at any time.
Application and use of YouTube
AquaDuna has integrated components from YouTube on their website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers free hosting of video clips and allows other users free viewing, evaluation and comment. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why both complete film and television broadcasts, and also music videos, trailers or videos produced by users are available via the Internet portal.
AquaDuna uses YouTube in extended privacy mode. According to YouTube, this means that no information is saved regarding the visitor to this website before viewing the video. The transfer of data to YouTube partners is, however, not necessarily excluded from the extended privacy mode. For example YouTube establishes the link with Google DoubleClick network independently of playing a video.
Once you start a YouTube video on our website, a connection to the YouTube servers is created. When doing so, the YouTube server is informed regarding which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to assign your surfing directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Operator of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
On each occasion when one of the websites is accessed, which is operated by the party responsible for the processing and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) is integrated, the Internet browser is automatically prompted to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube on the IT system of the person concerned. Further information on YouTube can be accessed at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/en/ .
Within this technical process, YouTube and Google receive knowledge of which specific sub-page of our website is visited by the person concerned.
If the person concerned is also logged into YouTube simultaneously, when accessing a sub-page which contains a YouTube video, YouTube detects which specific sub-page of our website the person concerned visits. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and associated with the relevant YouTube account of the person concerned. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the affected person.
Via the YouTube component, YouTube and Google always receive information that the person concerned has visited our webpage if the person concerned is logged into YouTube at the same time as accessing our website; YouTube and Google always receive information regarding the YouTube component that the person concerned visited our website if the person is logged in at YouTube at the time of the call of our website simultaneously; this occurs independent of whether person concerned clicks on a YouTube video or not. If such transmission of this information to YouTube and Google by the person concerned is not desired, they can prevent the transmission by accessing our website after logging out of their YouTube account.
The data protection provisions published by YouTube are available at the address https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy/
and provide information on the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.
